Reservation Agreement
Reservation requests, quotes, approvals, payments, occupancy limits, check-in and checkout, cancellation, refunds, deposits, fees, taxes, house rules, and property-specific requirements are governed by the terms displayed during booking and any rental agreement issued for the selected property.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests must provide accurate information, use authorized payment methods, comply with occupancy and conduct rules, protect access codes, report problems promptly, and leave the property as required. The property owner or manager may decline, cancel, or terminate a stay as permitted by the published terms and applicable law.
Platform Role
Guest2Owner Professional Edition provides technology that supports direct reservations and communications. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Guest2Owner is not the property owner, lodging provider, payment processor, insurer, or travel agent. Property-specific terms control where they conflict with this general notice.
